IS IT SECURE TO PAY BY CARD?

Yes, it is safe and secure, and we do not store your card data. All card payments are subject to 3DS2 Secure with two-factor authentication.

3 Domain Secure (3D Secure 2.0) is a security measure for online payments. The 3 domains (acquirer, scheme, and issuer) interact with each other using a 3DS2 protocol where they exchange information and authenticate the transaction. 3D Secure takes authentication to the next level and creates a safe and seamless payment experience.

HOW TO PROVIDE AN AUTHENTICATION FOR CARD PAYMENT?

Typically, this is done through an SMS code, personal password, or bank app confirmation. The buyer can also use face recognition or fingerprint to provide biometric authentication on the buyer's phone.

Your bank might also prompt you to take an extra step to confirm your identity by confirming the payment using the bank's mobile app before you can proceed with the payment.

WHY HAS MY CARD PAYMENT FAILED?

Make sure you entered the correct data: your name and surname as on the card, card number, expiry date, and CVC security code.
Confirm the payment through SMS, bank app, Smart-ID, or another method.
Allow popups and watch out if an additional window has been opened, as your bank might require you to confirm the payment.
Ensure the card's full name matches the name you wrote in the billing address at checkout.
Ensure the billing address on checkout matches the billing address connected to your card.
Check if you have enough funds on your card and the spending limit has not been reached.
Log in to your bank and check your card settings; ensure you can make online purchases abroad.
Check with the bank if 3D Secure is enabled for your card, as it is obligatory worldwide.
If none of the above helps, contact your bank and ask for the allowance to make payments abroad in EUR currency.

CAN I PAY WITH MY CARD BUT SEND THE ORDER TO SOMEONE ELSE?

Absolutely! Please use separate billing and delivery addresses on checkout.
Enter your name and address in the billing field. The name and address should match your card details.
Click on the "Ship to a different address."
Enter the recipient's name and address.
Proceed to the payment page.
