DELIVERY TO USA
We ship to the United States via UPS, FedEx, DHL couriers, and postal mail.
All shipments are trackable. You will receive a tracking link by email when we ship your order.
Delivery takes 3-5 days by Express Priority couriers, 6-12 days by Economy couriers, and up to 3 weeks by post.
Once you select a delivery country (e.g., United States) and enter your postcode on the checkout page, the delivery price and time will be displayed next to each available delivery option.
TAX-FREE SHOPPING
US customers always shop tax-free (0% Tax) with us. However, U.S. customs may collect a 10% import fee on larger orders before the goods are delivered.
SIZES
Please note that European and Asian sizes are usually smaller than US sizes.
If you usually wear size L and up, consider ordering one to three sizes up.

PAYMENT
We accept payments from all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
CURRENCY
All prices on the Fantasmagoria website are in EUR € (Euro currency).

You don't need to have a EUR (European currency) in your payment account—our payment processor will automatically convert USD to EUR. The currency exchange will be processed by PayPal or your card provider during checkout.
RETURNS FROM THE USA
General return terms for countries outside the EU apply to US customers.
Please contact our customer support through chat or email before returning anything.
If you have questions before ordering or are unsure about the size, we recommend contacting us via chat to avoid incurring expensive return costs.
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES
As a consumer, you should assume that you may be subject to duties, taxes, and administrative fees (fees assessed by a courier company that may handle the Customs declaration on your behalf).
If you have to pay import fees, the courier company will email you asking you to pay taxes and customs duties.
Most of our products are made in China. According to the 2025 US import law and tariffs, if even one item in a shipment is made in China, a duty of 10% to 25% applies to the entire shipment, including shipping costs.
For example, if your order is 700 EUR, you will likely have to pay an import fee of 70 €.
