TAX and DUTY FREE shipping will end at the following times on Sunday to Monday night, August 25:

- 3:00 a.m. Eastern Time

- 2:00 a.m. Central Time

- 1:00 a.m. Mountain Time

- 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time

U.S. customers, please place your orders before this deadline to take advantage of TAX-FREE shopping. On Monday, Aug.25, at 10:00 a.m. Vilnius time, all prices for United States customers will increase by at least 30%. 

The good news is that we will continue to ship to the U.S. using DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) service. This means your delivery will arrive hassle-free right at your door, with no need to deal with customs. :)

DELIVERY TO USA

We ship to the United States via FedEx couriers.

All shipments are trackable. You will receive a tracking link by email when we ship your order.

Delivery takes 3-5 days by Express Priority couriers, 6-12 days by Economy couriers. The customs clearance may delay the delivery.

Once you select a delivery country (e.g., United States) and enter your postcode on the checkout page, the delivery price and time will be displayed next to each available delivery option.

SIZES

Please note that European and Asian sizes are often smaller than US sizes. 

If you usually wear size L and up, consider ordering one to three sizes up.

PAYMENT

We accept payments from all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

CURRENCY

All prices on the Fantasmagoria website are in EUR € (Euro currency).

You don't need to have a EUR (European currency) in your payment account—our payment processor will automatically convert USD to EUR. The currency exchange will be processed by PayPal or your card provider during checkout.

RETURNS FROM THE USA

Sorry, but due to the recent changes in the US import procedures and tariffs, we do not accept returns from the US.

If you have questions before ordering or are unsure about the size, we recommend contacting us via chat to avoid incurring expensive return costs.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES

As a consumer, you should assume that you may be subject to duties, taxes, and administrative fees (fees assessed by a courier company that may handle the Customs declaration on your behalf).
