β Remote rural locations and out-of-delivery addresses are not always eligible for Free Shipping.
β Large, heavy and fragile items such as footwear, luggage bags, plush toys, heavy coats, top hats, big crowns and head accessories, bulky home decor items taller than 30 cm, fragile glassware, ceramic jars and teapots, and larger resin sculptures are not eligible for free shipping outside the EU offer; therefore, the "free shipping" option won't appear for ineligible countries on checkout.
β We reserve the right to deny free shipping to customers whose returned goods or cancelled orders rate exceeds 50%.
β The free shipping option is unavailable for countries not listed in the table above.
β *Although Cyprus, Malta, the Azores, Madeira, and the Canary Islands are part of the EU, the minimum amount for 'free shipping' to these destinations is higher and not always available.
